A United States District Court denied Apple Inc.'s Motion to Stay, through which the company had hoped to delay an injunction targeting its restrictions on developers linking to external purchasing mechanisms in their apps, Baku Tribune reports citing Breaking News.
"Apple's motion is based on a selective reading of this Court's findings and ignores all of the findings which supported the injunction, namely incipient antitrust conduct including supercompetitive commission rates resulting in extraordinarily high operating margins and which have not been correlated to the value of its intellectual property," Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers ruled.
The original antitrust complaint that the ruling pertains to was lodged in February by Epic Games Inc, owners of the popular mobile game Fortnite.
The Rocket and Artillery formations of the Azerbaijan Army conduct live-fire exercises in accordance with the combat training plan for 2021, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan told Baku Tribune.
