In an interview with the France Info radio, Le Maire asserted that the country's economy is "on the right track" to reach its pre-COVID-19 state.
Paris' National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies previously noted that France's gross domestic product expanded by 3% in the third trimester, adding that the GDP figure now stands just 0.1% lower compared to the final quarter of 2019.
