United States President Joe Biden intends to speak with members of the House Democratic Caucus about the faith of the bipartisan infrastructure plan and his administration's massive reconciliation bill, containing much of his agenda, which will push his overseas trip to a later time than the one scheduled, Baku Tribune reports citing Breaking News. The Democrats remain divided on the two legislations which leads to their due dates being pushed back, however, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has stated she expects a breakthrough in the reconciliation stalemate by October 31. The main issue was brought on by House progressives threatening to tank the $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure plan unless Congress reaches an agreement on a separate $3.5 trillion spending package first. The multitrillion size of the reconciliation is also still believed to be too low by many progressive lawmakers.
