Israel could start allowing travelers vaccinated with Russia's COVID-19 vaccine Sputnik V to enter the country from November 15, according to a report published by TASS on Wednesday.
Israel could start allowing travelers vaccinated with Russia's COVID-19 vaccine Sputnik V to enter the country from November 15, according to a report published by TASS on Wednesday. "A meeting chaired by [Israeli] Prime Minister Naftali Bennett upheld Tourism Minister [Yoel] Razvozov's initiative to grant entry to tourists vaccinated with Sputnik V," a government source told the outlet, however noting that "the decision on Sputnik V is yet to be approved by the cabinet." Travelers could be allowed entry to Israel within six months after receiving the second dose if the government adopts the decision, while they will still need to possess a negative PCR test and will have to take a serological test at the Israeli airport upon arrival.
