President Joe Biden's White House rejected two more of former President Donald Trump's claims of executive privilege, CNN reported.
President Joe Biden's White House rejected two more of former President Donald Trump's claims of executive privilege, CNN reported. Biden will not assert privilege over documents requested by the House select committee handling the Capitol riot probe, White House counsel Dana Remus stated in a letter to National Archivist David Ferriero, obtained by the media outlet. Trump filed a lawsuit Monday to block the panel's request for the National Archives to release White House records, by invoking executive privilege.
