Biden will not assert privilege over documents requested by the House select committee handling the Capitol riot probe, White House counsel Dana Remus stated in a letter to National Archivist David Ferriero, obtained by the media outlet.
Trump filed a lawsuit Monday to block the panel's request for the National Archives to release White House records, by invoking executive privilege.
