According to the report, the US suspects Iran did not launch the attack itself, but encouraged it and provided five drones with explosive charges. No injuries among US troops or Syrian forces were reported.
The statement comes amid US and EU efforts to resume nuclear talks with Iran and return to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
The Rocket and Artillery formations of the Azerbaijan Army conduct live-fire exercises in accordance with the combat training plan for 2021, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan told Baku Tribune.
