Armenia's press and TV-channels are  joyfully spreading the information about the new decision of the US Congress. According to this new decree the legislature of the US has "banned" military aid to Azerbaijan.

Armenia's press and TV-channels are  joyfully spreading the information about the new decision of the US Congress. According to this new decree the legislature of the US has "banned" military aid to Azerbaijan. The joy of Armenia's press is understandable and... ridiculous. The reason is that there simply is no blocking of any military aid to Azerbaijan. So the joy and happiness of Armenian side because of this fake news and mainly of misunderstanding of the real news is based on fiction. According to the information the US Congress has really banned the annual aid to Azerbaijan that consisted of 1.5 million US dollars. This aid annually was wasted on to visits of military servicemen, various seminars and so on. And US Congress has banned this aid. But what about real factual military aid cinsisted of 120 million dollars per year, it will continue as it was. Because the banning of the aid of 1.5 million dollars per year on visits, seminars and etc. will not and can not touch the real military aid of 120 million dollars. The reason is that this aid is made by Pentagon programme, that the decision of the US Congress is not going and has no right to touch. So what about understanding of the joy of Armenian side we have to remember that this state has infamously lost 44-days war with Azerbaijan. And that's why every news and even not officially confirmed and fake causes ecstasy in Armenian society. According to the text of a new law of US Congress, "The amendment does not block discretionary military equipment that may be transferred by the Department of Defense under Section 333 of the United States Act". Frenк Polone was one of the main conductors of the false idea and the disseminator of fake news, which caused false hopes and bacchanalia in Armenia. So he got the money from Armenian lobby in the US, earned additional money on gullible Armenians and that's it. Bravo, Mr.Polone! You've brilliantly deceived your "allies", "friends" or maybe even masters. Armenians who lost the war are so  confused and frustrated that are ready to waste money and finance on even the most fantastic ideas and maintenance of false ideas in Armenian society.
