The International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva has awarded the former Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilich.
The International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva has awarded the former Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilich, Baku Tribune reports citing Azertac. The President of the Foundation presented the plaque to the famous diplomat within the framework of the presentation of the book by Hulusi Kilich “44 days of the Patriotic War, Hulusi Kilich on the information front”, held in the building of the organization. The commemorative plaque of the Foundation was awarded to Hulusi Kilich for his special merits in strengthening friendly and fraternal relations between the Turkic peoples. The activities of Hulusi Kilich, as well as the important work done by him in the political, diplomatic and cultural spheres on the way to the unity of the Turkic world were hailed at the ceremony.
