According to the information of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan the purpose of bilateral tactical military exercises held on Azerbaijan's combined armed range consisted in improving the interaction and increasing the combat effectiveness of the armies of the two countries, developing of the skills of military decision-making initiative and managerial abilities among the commanders of operational units.
The Rocket and Artillery formations of the Azerbaijan Army conduct live-fire exercises in accordance with the combat training plan for 2021, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan told Baku Tribune.
