The two leaders discussed the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the world, while expressing their desire to further strengthen the bilateral ties in several fields, in particular the economic and scientific fields, the Tunisian presidency said in a statement.
Regarding the situation in Libya, Saied said that "the legitimacy in this country can only be Libyan, without foreign interference."
