Under the instruction of Azerbaijani President, 72 hectares area has been cleared from mine and unexploded ordnance for implementation of the master plan of the Smart Village project in 1st, 2nd, 3rd Agali villages of Zangilan district, said an employee of ANAMA Bahruz Namazov, Baku Tribune reports.

He noted that clearing works are underway: “48 thousand square meters of area was cleared by ANAMA in Zangilan for construction of airport. In general, clearing works have been done in 3 mln. 530 thousand square meters area in Zangilan. Currently, these works continue.”
