Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on dismissal of Health Minister Ogtay Shiraliyev, Baku Tribune reports on Apr.23.
Shiraliyev was appointed the Minister of Health of Azerbaijan in October 2005.
The Rocket and Artillery formations of the Azerbaijan Army conduct live-fire exercises in accordance with the combat training plan for 2021, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan told Baku Tribune.
