Military Prosecutor’s Office has disseminated information regarding the search of missing military servicemen, the press service of the Republican Military Prosecutor's Office told Baku Tribune.
Military Prosecutor’s Office has disseminated information regarding the search of missing military servicemen, the press service of the Republican Military Prosecutor's Office told Baku Tribune. Since the beginning of the Patriotic War, the centers have been established by the institutions of the military prosecutor’s office in Fuzuli region, Beylagan, Barda, Yevlakh, and Ganja cities in order to examine the bodies of our servicemen martyred in battles, prepare them in accordance with religious traditions and send them to their addresses for burial. Totally, Bodies of 2 889 martyrs have been examined and identified so far. 1,481 of them were identified and handed over to their relatives only thorough investigation (379 by taking DNA samples and conducting relevant examinations, and 1022 by identifying by taking fingerprints).
