T he war of 2020 ended with unconditional and brilliant victory of Azerbaijan. Armenia acknowledged its defeat and infamously signed the act of surrender. As the result of the war Azerbaijan has liberated its territories, that had been under Armenian occupation for nearly 3 decades. In order to immortalize triumph of Azerbaijan in the Patriotic War, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliyev signed the decree to create the Park of Victory (or Trophies) in the center of Baku.
