Two Azerbaijani boxers into semifinal of EUBC Cup 2023
Azerbaijan`s Malik Hasanov and Mirsharif Kazimzade have guaranteed at least a bronze medal at the EUBC Elite Men Boxing Cup 2023 held in Budva, Montenegro, after making it through to the semifinals.
In the penultimate round, Malik Hasanov will battle against Ahmad Shtivi in the 63.5kg weight division, while Mirsharif Kazimzade will take on Russian Jambulat Bijamov in the 75kg weight class.
The tournament, which brought together 156 boxers from 29 nations, will run until October 15.
The Rocket and Artillery formations of the Azerbaijan Army conduct live-fire exercises in accordance with the combat training plan for 2021, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan told Baku Tribune.
