According to Mammadov, the claim stated that this protest was fake and the participants were allegedly instructed by the Azerbaijani government. Azerbaijan provided the court with an evidence that those actions were actually held by eco-activists, including the names of eco-activists and photo, video evidence. In the ruling announced yesterday, the court rejected Armenia’s motion and assumption that the protest was organized by the government of Azerbaijan, the deputy minister emphasized.
