I like studying and living in Azerbaijan. Here I feel at home, quite comfortable. The hospitality, friendliness and warmth of Azerbaijanis are simply amazing. Jeronimus Basson, a student of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), told Baku Tribune about this. According to him, ASOIU treats foreign students with warmth. “I myself have repeatedly convinced myself of this in my own example. Upon arrival in Azerbaijan, and during my studies, I did not encounter any problems. I chose an Azerbaijani university because it is a perfect university. Positive reviews form the image of any university. Teaching is at a high level, teachers are highly qualified,” I. Basson noted. Studying abroad is a chance to take a leap in life and challenge yourself, says a student from Namibia. “I believe that studying abroad is not only about exploring a new place, but it is also a tool for learning languages, as well as the strongest motivation to work on oneself. The level of lectures at our university is excellent, but at the same time difficult, as it helps us develop ourselves and challenge our abilities,” said I. Basson. Rolan Yusufov
