China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation said on Wednesday it plans to launch 40 space missions this year, six of them manned and two with the Shenzhou spacecraft.
China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation said on Wednesday it plans to launch 40 space missions this year, six of them manned and two with the Shenzhou spacecraft, Baku Tribune reports citing Breaking News. The Chinese contractor posted on social media that it intends to strengthen its position in the space race with the United States, while China's Tiangong space station is scheduled to be finished this year. Wu Yansheng, chairman of the company, added: "We have to fully complete various aerospace tasks, ensure the complete success of major flight test missions and accelerate China's development as a space power."
