On the fourth day of protests, Tokayev signed a decree on the continuity of the current Cabinet members to fulfill their duties until a new government is approved, with First Deputy Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov appointed acting prime minister.
The Rocket and Artillery formations of the Azerbaijan Army conduct live-fire exercises in accordance with the combat training plan for 2021, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan told Baku Tribune.
